Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or placing an order.
By accessing the Website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with the policies expressly incorporated into them.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, waive or reduce any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
1. DEFINITIONS
For these Terms:
“TUNDRA”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the TUNDRA brand operated by Wahlberg Luxury.
“Website” means www.tundraluxury.com and the online store made available through that domain.
“Customer”, “you” or “your” means a person accessing the Website or purchasing or seeking to purchase a product from TUNDRA.
“Order” means a request submitted through the Website to purchase one or more Products.
“Product” or “Piece” means an item offered for sale through TUNDRA.
“Collection” means products offered as part of TUNDRA's regular or current product offering.
“Archive Pieces” means selected samples, development pieces, design explorations, prototypes or limited pieces originating from TUNDRA's design and product-development process and identified as such before purchase.
“Policies” includes, as applicable:
- Privacy Policy;
- Shipping & Delivery Policy;
- Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy; and
- Product Care guidance.
These Policies form part of these Terms to the extent applicable to a transaction.
2. ABOUT TUNDRA
TUNDRA is a design-led leather-goods brand offering bags, work pieces, small leather goods, accessories, objects and other products that may be introduced from time to time.
Products may be released in considered or limited quantities.
Certain products may also be offered separately as Archive Pieces.
Archive Pieces are one category within TUNDRA and do not define the entire TUNDRA product range.
Where an Archive Piece has a material characteristic relevant to a purchasing decision, TUNDRA aims to disclose that characteristic through the relevant product description, photographs or other information provided before purchase.
The designation of a product as an Archive Piece, prototype, sample or development piece does not remove any mandatory statutory protection available to the customer.
3. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE AND PURCHASE
You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law.
By placing an Order, you represent that:
- you are legally competent to contract;
- you are providing accurate information;
- you are purchasing for a lawful purpose; and
- you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
If you place an Order on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
TUNDRA endeavours to provide clear and reasonably accurate information concerning each Product, including where relevant:
- photographs;
- material;
- colour;
- dimensions;
- construction;
- hardware;
- features;
- included accessories;
- price;
- quantity; and
- other product-specific characteristics.
Customers are encouraged to review all available Product information before purchasing.
Minor differences may arise because of photography, lighting, screen calibration, measurement methods, hand-finishing or the natural characteristics of materials.
Nothing in this clause permits TUNDRA to disregard a case in which a Product is materially different from what was described, represented or agreed.
5. NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF LEATHER
Leather is a natural material and individual hides and finished Products may vary.
Natural characteristics may include differences in:
- grain;
- pores;
- texture;
- tone;
- markings;
- creasing;
- softness; and
- surface character.
These characteristics may cause two Products of the same design to appear slightly different.
Natural characteristics inherent to leather, by themselves, do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.
This clause does not apply where a Product is genuinely defective, materially damaged or materially inconsistent with its advertised description or specifications.
6. ARCHIVE PIECES
Archive Pieces may include:
- samples;
- prototypes;
- development pieces;
- design studies;
- experimental pieces; and
- limited design explorations.
Individual Archive Pieces may display characteristics associated with the design or development process.
Where TUNDRA is aware of a material Product-specific characteristic relevant to the customer's purchasing decision, we aim to disclose it before purchase through photographs, descriptions or other Product information.
A characteristic that was clearly disclosed before purchase is not, by itself, treated as a defect.
Archive Pieces remain subject to the applicable TUNDRA Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy and to any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Because Archive Pieces may exist in very small quantities, identical replacements cannot always be guaranteed.
7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are subject to availability.
Placing a Product in a shopping cart or wishlist does not reserve that Product.
Availability remains subject to successful Order completion, payment and confirmation.
Although TUNDRA takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate inventory information, exceptional stock discrepancies may occur.
A Product may also become unavailable if it does not pass final inspection before dispatch.
If TUNDRA is unable to fulfil an already-paid Order, we will contact the Customer and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
8. PRICING
Prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly stated otherwise.
The amount payable will be displayed before completion of the Order, including compulsory charges and applicable taxes where required.
Prices may differ between Products according to factors including:
- materials;
- construction;
- hardware;
- design complexity;
- production requirements;
- edition or quantity;
- introductory pricing;
- promotional pricing; and
- Archive status where applicable.
TUNDRA may revise prices for future Orders.
A subsequent price change does not ordinarily alter the agreed price of an Order already accepted by TUNDRA.
9. PROMOTIONS, INTRODUCTORY PRICES AND OFFERS
TUNDRA may offer introductory pricing, promotional pricing, discount codes, limited-time offers or other benefits.
A promotion may be subject to specific terms displayed with that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- offers may be time-limited;
- quantities may be limited;
- eligibility requirements may apply;
- offers may not be combinable;
- promotional benefits do not have independent cash value; and
- the price applicable to an Order is the valid price displayed and accepted at the time of purchase.
TUNDRA does not intend to create artificial discounts through false reference prices.
Obvious promotional, technical or pricing errors may be corrected subject to applicable law.
10. PRICING AND LISTING ERRORS
Despite reasonable care, a Website listing may occasionally contain a typographical, technical, inventory or pricing error.
If a material error is identified before acceptance of an Order, TUNDRA may correct the information and invite the Customer to proceed on the corrected basis.
Where payment has already been collected for an Order that cannot reasonably or lawfully be fulfilled because of an obvious material error, TUNDRA will contact the Customer and provide an appropriate refund or other lawful resolution.
This provision will not be used to unfairly alter a validly concluded consumer transaction.
11. TAXES AND INVOICES
Applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with Indian law.
Where an invoice is generated, it may be supplied electronically or otherwise through the Order process.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information where required.
12. PLACING AN ORDER
Before submitting an Order, you should review:
- Product selected;
- quantity;
- price;
- material and specifications;
- delivery information;
- contact details; and
- applicable Policies.
Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Product subject to these Terms.
An automated acknowledgement that an Order has been received does not necessarily mean that the Order has been finally accepted.
13. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An Order remains subject to:
- Product availability;
- successful payment;
- verification of relevant Order information;
- fraud or security checks;
- delivery serviceability; and
- applicable law.
TUNDRA may decline an Order for a legitimate reason, including:
- unavailable inventory;
- unsuccessful payment;
- suspected fraudulent activity;
- material pricing or listing error;
- legal restriction; or
- inability to service the delivery location.
Where an Order is declined after money has been received and must be returned, the applicable refund will be initiated.
14. ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Orders and contractual communications may be concluded electronically.
By using the Website and submitting an Order through an affirmative action, you agree that relevant transaction records, confirmations, invoices, policies and communications may be provided electronically.
Transactional communications may be sent through channels including:
- email;
- SMS;
- WhatsApp;
- Website notifications; or
- communications generated by payment or logistics providers.
Marketing communications remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
15. PAYMENT
Payments are processed through payment methods and third-party payment providers made available through the Website.
You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
Independent payment providers may apply their own:
- terms;
- authentication procedures;
- privacy practices;
- fraud controls; and
- processing timelines.
TUNDRA does not intend to directly store complete card numbers, CVV information, UPI PINs, banking passwords or equivalent authentication credentials.
TUNDRA may retain payment status, transaction reference, amount and other limited information necessary for Order administration, accounting and customer support.
16. PAYMENT SECURITY
For your security, TUNDRA will never require your:
- UPI PIN;
- card PIN;
- CVV;
- OTP;
- internet-banking password; or
- another confidential banking-authentication credential
to process an Order, cancellation, return or refund.
Customers should not disclose such credentials to any person claiming to process a TUNDRA transaction or refund.
17. FAILED OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
An Order is not considered successfully paid merely because a payment attempt has been initiated.
If money appears to have been debited but a successful Order is not generated, contact TUNDRA and the relevant payment provider.
Where reasonably available, please provide:
- name;
- registered contact details;
- approximate transaction time;
- transaction amount;
- payment reference or transaction ID; and
- Order number if one was generated.
If you believe the same transaction has been charged more than once, contact TUNDRA promptly with the relevant transaction references.
Verified failed or duplicate-payment matters will be handled according to the available transaction records and applicable payment-provider procedures.
18. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
TUNDRA currently provides standard delivery to eligible serviceable locations within India at no additional delivery charge, unless otherwise clearly stated before purchase.
Where an exceptional delivery request, destination or service requires an arrangement outside the normal delivery network, any additional charge will be communicated before proceeding.
Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery Policy for current processing, dispatch, tracking and delivery information.
19. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
Every TUNDRA Order is individually checked and prepared before dispatch.
Orders are ordinarily processed and dispatched in accordance with the timeframe stated in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Processing times may vary because of:
- public holidays;
- unusually high Order volumes;
- Product inspection requirements;
- payment verification;
- courier availability;
- operational interruptions; or
- circumstances outside TUNDRA's reasonable control.
Tracking information will be shared after dispatch where tracking is available through the logistics partner.
20. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery timelines vary according to:
- destination;
- courier serviceability;
- logistics network;
- public holidays;
- weather;
- transport disruption; and
- other relevant circumstances.
Any delivery timeframe communicated should be understood as an estimate unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.
Nothing in these Terms removes any remedy that may arise under applicable law in relation to late or failed delivery.
21. CUSTOMER DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers must provide accurate:
- recipient name;
- delivery address;
- PIN code; and
- contact number.
Please verify these details before submitting an Order.
If you identify an error after ordering, contact TUNDRA promptly.
Once a shipment has entered the delivery network, amendment of the delivery address may no longer be possible.
22. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND RETURN-TO-ORIGIN SHIPMENTS
Where a shipment cannot be delivered because of circumstances including:
- incorrect or incomplete address;
- repeated recipient unavailability;
- refusal of delivery; or
- another recipient-side issue,
the logistics provider may return the parcel to TUNDRA.
If this occurs, TUNDRA will review the available options with the Customer.
Any additional charge required for re-dispatch will be disclosed before re-dispatch is undertaken.
23. INSPECTION ON DELIVERY
Customers are encouraged to inspect the external parcel at delivery where reasonably possible.
If a package appears materially:
- damaged;
- opened;
- crushed;
- tampered with; or
- otherwise compromised,
please photograph or record its condition before opening wherever reasonably possible.
Prompt documentation may assist TUNDRA in assessing a transit-related concern.
24. 7-DAY RETURNS
Eligible TUNDRA Products may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements stated in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
For discretionary or change-of-mind returns, Products must ordinarily be unused, unworn, unaltered and returned in the required condition with relevant packaging, tags, accessories and included components.
Customers should review the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy before initiating a return.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS
Please contact TUNDRA promptly if you receive:
- an incorrect Product;
- a Product materially damaged in transit;
- a Product with a suspected manufacturing defect;
- a Product materially different from its advertised description or specifications; or
- another Product for which a remedy may be required under applicable law.
TUNDRA may request reasonable evidence necessary to assess the concern, including:
- Order number;
- description of the concern;
- photographs;
- video; and
- relevant packaging.
Please retain the Product and packaging while the matter is being reviewed.
26. RESOLUTION OF VERIFIED PRODUCT CONCERNS
Each Product concern will be reviewed according to its circumstances.
Where a concern is verified, an appropriate resolution may include:
- repair;
- replacement where available;
- refund;
- collection or return; or
- another appropriate remedy.
Where an Archive Piece or limited Product is no longer available, an identical replacement may not be possible.
Limited availability will not be used to deny a remedy that the Customer is legally entitled to receive.
27. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed principally by the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy published on the Website.
An eligible Order may ordinarily be cancelled before it is handed over to the logistics provider, subject to the stage reached by the Order.
Once dispatched, an Order cannot ordinarily be treated as a pre-dispatch cancellation.
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be initiated through the original payment method unless another lawful method is appropriate.
Bank, payment-gateway and card-network processing times may apply after the refund has been initiated.
28. PRODUCT CARE
Leather and other Product materials require reasonable care.
Customers should follow the guidance provided on the Product Care page and any Product-specific care instructions.
Depending on the Product, damage caused primarily by:
- misuse;
- inappropriate cleaning products;
- excessive heat;
- prolonged moisture;
- abrasion;
- accidental damage;
- inappropriate storage; or
- other unreasonable handling
may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Each concern will nevertheless be reviewed according to its actual circumstances.
29. LEATHER AGEING AND PATINA
Leather may naturally change through use and exposure to its environment.
Depending upon the material, handling and environment, leather may:
- soften;
- deepen in colour;
- develop creasing;
- acquire surface marks; or
- develop patina.
Normal ageing and ordinary wear are distinct from manufacturing defects.
This does not excuse a Product that is genuinely defective or materially inconsistent with its description.
30. HARDWARE
Metal hardware may develop surface changes over time depending on:
- handling;
- humidity;
- friction;
- exposure to perfumes or chemicals; and
- environmental conditions.
Customers should follow reasonable Product-care guidance.
This clause does not excuse defective hardware or hardware materially inconsistent with the Product description.
31. WEBSITE ACCOUNTS
Where account functionality is provided, Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You should notify TUNDRA promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
TUNDRA may temporarily restrict account access where reasonably necessary to:
- protect the Customer;
- prevent fraud;
- investigate misuse; or
- protect the Website.
32. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE
You must not use the Website to:
- commit or facilitate unlawful conduct;
- impersonate another person;
- knowingly submit false information;
- attempt unauthorised system access;
- introduce malicious software;
- interfere with Website operation;
- engage in payment fraud;
- unlawfully scrape or extract content;
- infringe intellectual-property rights; or
- deliberately cause harm to TUNDRA, Customers or third parties.
33. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, intellectual-property rights in the Website and TUNDRA materials are owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by Wahlberg Luxury or TUNDRA, as applicable.
Such materials may include:
- TUNDRA names and marks;
- logos;
- Product names;
- Product designs;
- photographs;
- graphics;
- written content;
- videos;
- artwork;
- layouts;
- patterns;
- design documentation; and
- other creative materials.
You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute, modify or create an unauthorised association with TUNDRA materials except with permission or where permitted by law.
Purchase of a Product transfers ownership of the physical Product only. It does not transfer any intellectual-property right in the Product design, branding or associated creative material.
34. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, photograph, video or other material for possible publication, you represent that:
- you have the right to submit it;
- it is not knowingly false or deceptive;
- it does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights; and
- it is not unlawful.
TUNDRA will not knowingly fabricate reviews or falsely represent itself as a consumer.
Where TUNDRA wishes to use customer-submitted material beyond the purpose for which it was submitted, appropriate permission will be obtained where required.
35. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Website may use or link to independent services including:
- payment providers;
- logistics providers;
- social-media platforms;
- analytics providers;
- communications providers; and
- technology providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
TUNDRA is not responsible for independent third-party acts or omissions except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
36. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
TUNDRA endeavours to keep the Website reasonably available and functional.
However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
The Website may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- technical failure;
- security measures;
- telecommunications disruption;
- third-party outage; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
37. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
TUNDRA will not be treated as having failed to perform an obligation to the extent performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances genuinely beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- natural disaster;
- severe weather;
- flood or fire;
- epidemic or pandemic;
- war or civil disturbance;
- governmental restriction;
- widespread transport disruption;
- strikes;
- courier-network interruption;
- telecommunications failure; or
- comparable events outside reasonable control.
TUNDRA will seek to communicate material effects on affected Orders where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in this provision removes a statutory remedy that remains applicable despite such circumstances.
38. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Subject to that overriding principle, TUNDRA and Wahlberg Luxury will not be responsible for purely indirect or consequential loss resulting from:
- unlawful misuse of the Website;
- misuse of a Product;
- circumstances genuinely outside reasonable control; or
- independent third-party conduct for which TUNDRA is not legally responsible.
This clause does not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
39. UNLAWFUL MISUSE
To the extent permitted by law, a person may be responsible for loss reasonably resulting from that person's:
- fraud;
- unlawful Website misuse;
- intellectual-property infringement;
- malicious interference with Website systems; or
- other unlawful conduct.
This clause does not impose liability merely because a Customer makes a complaint, raises a dispute or exercises a lawful statutory right.
40. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through the Website or customer-support channels.
41. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
TUNDRA maintains a grievance-redressal mechanism for consumer concerns.

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) framework requires qualifying e-commerce entities to maintain a grievance-redressal mechanism; the existing regulatory framework provides for acknowledgement of consumer complaints within 48 hours and redress within one month.
Where a complaint or reference number is generated, Customers should retain it for tracking and correspondence.
42. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

43. AMICABLE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact TUNDRA first so that a genuine concern can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved promptly.
The parties may attempt to resolve a dispute amicably before commencing formal proceedings.
Nothing in this provision requires a Customer to surrender, restrict or postpone any statutory right to approach a Consumer Commission, regulator, court or other competent authority.
44. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and transactions through TUNDRA are governed by the laws of India.
Applicable mandatory consumer-protection, e-commerce, contract, sale-of-goods, information-technology, data-protection and other laws will continue to apply notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms.
45. JURISDICTION
For disputes not governed by a mandatory statutory forum or jurisdiction, courts of competent jurisdiction at Vellore, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.
Nothing in this provision restricts a consumer from approaching a Consumer Commission or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
46. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
TUNDRA may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in:
- law;
- business operations;
- Products;
- Website functionality;
- Policies;
- logistics;
- payment systems; or
- service providers.
The revised Terms will be published on this page together with an updated Last Updated date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights already applicable to an existing transaction.
47. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be limited or severed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
48. WAIVER
Failure by TUNDRA to immediately enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other lawful right.
49. ENTIRE CONTRACTUAL FRAMEWORK
These Terms, together with applicable Product information and the Policies incorporated into them, constitute the contractual framework governing purchases through TUNDRA, subject to mandatory applicable law.
The incorporated Policies include:
- Privacy Policy;
- Shipping & Delivery Policy;
- Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy; and
- Product Care guidance.
Where a Product-specific condition is clearly disclosed before purchase and conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the more specific Product condition will ordinarily apply to that particular issue, subject always to applicable law.
